Vocabulary Workshop

Sadlierconnect is an online vocabulary program that allows for concrete as well as application based learning.  There are plenty of objective assignments to test mastery of definitions as well as reading passages and SAT questions to look at the vocabulary in context.

In conjunction with classroom activities, usage in written work and classroom discussion, Vocabulary Workshop assists students in truly enlarging their word power so that they are able to better understand others and express themselves.

As well, building vocabulary has a positive impact on ACT, SAT and AP scores.

eBackpack

eBackpack is a multi-faceted application that helps organize daily student life in many ways. It allows for digital organization for parents, students, and teachers in the following ways:

-         Acts as a student agenda where teachers create all visible assignments

-         Allows students to set reminders for themselves

-         Files away student work for further attention

-         Allows students to have continued access to all turned in and graded work for further attention

-         Grants parents and guardians access to student assignments and graded work so they can stay apprised of daily work

-         Allows for digital submissions of Word Documents, PDFs, Keynotes, PowerPoint Presentation, and much more.
